The Children of the Damned (COTD) were born in 2001 as a tribute band to the legendary Iron Maiden. The strong passion of the 5 members is one of the finest qualities of the band, and has created, over the years, a dedicated following of fans in both in Italy and abroad.

As well as performing in every corner of Italy, COTD have played in front of thousands of fans throughout Europe, playing gigs and festivals in countries such as Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, England, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Finland and as far as Turkey.

In 2003 the great Paul Di Anno, the first Iron Maiden lead singer chose COTD to be his official Italian band and he still sings with the band.
